Student Project - WICOR Recognition Project

In the ‘WICOR Project’, we ask the Essential Question, “How did we WICOR this week?” This project is best implemented by a school looking to promote a school goal, like “Teachers will utilize highly effective teaching strategies/WICOR strategies.” Students work in collaborative teams to create a video highlighting a WICOR strategy that another teacher is using. Suggestions for modifications to adapt this to a different school wide goal are included, as well as other helpful tips to utilize other resources at your school! Handout, Teacher Worksheet Printable, Student Brainstorm Sheet, Teacher WICOR Printable Display, and Alternative Project Instructions. Estimated time to complete: four to eight class periods.
