Mini Lesson - Iron Chef
In the ‘Iron Chef’ Mini Lesson, we ask the Essential Question, “How can I make a meal from leftovers?” The slide deck contains instructions for an “Iron Chef” style challenge, done collaboratively in groups. Helpful tips for creating leftovers are given to students, and the class will vote on best ideas. This product includes the Iron Chef Slide Deck and Printable Table Instructions. Estimated time to complete: 1 class period. This mini lesson can be run on its own, or can be inserted into the $15 or Less Series Lesson 2 before the extension activities.
