Mini Lesson - Bank VS. Credit Union Socratic Seminar
In the ‘Bank vs. Credit Union Socratic Seminar’ Mini Lesson, we ask the Essential Question, “Which type of bank is best?” This multi-day lesson has students completing a close read of a text, preparing textual evidence, and participating in a Socratic Seminar. Students gain critical reading, organizational and inquiry skills, as well as learning to cite their statements with a definitive source.
