Basics of Banking and Credit - Lesson 3
In ‘Basics of Banking and Credit’ Lesson 3: Responsible Spending, students explore a wide range of topics including, emotional spending, sales tactics and personalized budgeting. Students will learn to identify bad spending habits and develop strategies to improve, learn to identify sales tactics and curb impulse-buying behaviors, and research cost of living to create a budget using the 50-30-20 ratio. Students will do Real Life Math, calculating percentages and creating pie charts. This lesson allows for movement and collaboration on a variety of activities.
